Traditional libraries are in a transition period right now. With the explosion of online resources, overall library usage nationwide has been steadily declining. This leaves many people wondering if traditional libraries are still relevant in today’s world.

But smart libraries, including our client, the Natrona County Library, are taking on the relevancy question head on – and it is proving that traditional libraries are not only still relevant, but they are leading the way in providing content to its patrons on the platforms they are using.

When NCL began offering video games for checkout, it was a big deal. “Libraries just have dusty books,” many people thought. So, when we created this commercial announcing the availability of free video game checkouts, it not only changed perceptions in the local market, but it opened up the library to a new, younger clientele. So, please enjoy the commercial, then run down to your local library and get a library card!
